神经纤维瘤病
又称"Von Recklingtmusen病"、"多发性神经纤维瘤"、"多发性神经纤维瘤综合征"，是常染色体显性遗传的疾病。可侵犯皮肤、神经系统、骨骼，内分泌及其他脏器。临床表现为皮肤色素沉着，最常见于躯干和腋窝，尚可发生多发的皮肤纤维瘤和纤维软瘤，大小不一，质地较软，固定或有蒂。有些病例常伴有头颅、颈项、躯干或肢体相应部位皮肤和皮下组织的增生，可引起不对称性的局部肥大 (称神经瘤性橡皮病）。脑膜、椎管内也可发生，根据所在部位而出现局限的神经系统症状和癫痫发作，偏瘫，颅压增高等。尚无特效疗法，对引起症状的或生长迅速的肿瘤，应予手术摘除。
