Purpose: To evaluate the value of the magnetic resonance cholangiography (MRCP) in diagnosing Syndrome types of TCM jaundice of Yin-Huang and TCM jaundice of Yang-Huang to obstructive jaundice by analyzed image of MRCP and MRI.
目的: 通过对磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)、磁共振成像(MRI)影像分析,探讨磁共振胰胆管水成像(MRCP)在梗阻性黄疸中医辨证分型中,阳黄、阴黄影像改变,确定MRCP在中医黄疸中的应用价值。
2) Yanghuang and Yinhuang syndrome type

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy on chronic severe hepatitis B (CSH) patients of Yanghuang and Yinhuang syndrome type by principles of cooling-blood and detoxicating combined with clearing-heat and resolving dampness (PA) or with strengthening-Pi and warming-yang (PB), respectively.
目的观察凉血解毒、清热化湿法(简称清热化湿法)和凉血解毒、健脾温阳法(简称健脾温阳法)治疗慢性重型肝炎阴阳黄证的初步疗效,为黄疸的中医治疗提供思路。
