目的:通过采用临床流行病学及统计分析的方法,探讨新疆冠心病秽浊痰阻证证候特点;并探讨秽浊痰阻证与冠心病危险因素,尤其是与血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系,为冠心病秽浊痰阻证提供客观依据。

Objective: From observing the contents of tissue plasminogen activator, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and blood-lipid, to study the relation of HuiZhuoTanZu syndrome and the non-HuiZhuoTanZu syndrome of coronary heart disease and observe the relation between the HuiZhuoTanZu syndrome of coronary heart disease and t-PA, PAI-1, Fib.
目的:通过观察组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)和血脂指标的含量变化,研究冠心病秽浊痰阻证与纤溶指标、血脂之间的关系,探讨冠心病秽浊痰阻证与非秽浊痰阻证是否存在血栓前状态的不同,进一步为制定冠心病秽浊痰阻证的诊断标准提供微观的客观依据,使冠心病秽浊痰阻证的诊断趋于客观化。

| 痰浊阻肺证 痰浊阻滞肺系，壅塞气道所表现的证候。可见于急慢性疾患，而以慢性病多见。在急性病变中，大多由寒湿邪侵袭肺脏，使宣降失常，肺不布津，水液停聚而为痰湿，阻滞肺系；在慢性疾病中，多由脾气亏虚，输布失常，水湿凝聚为痰，上渍于肺，或久咳伤肺，通调水道功能减弱，聚湿酿痰，阻滞肺系。临床表现，咳嗽痰多，痰粘色白，易咯出，胸闷，甚则气喘痰鸣，舌淡苔白腻，脉滑。痰浊阻肺证以咳嗽痰多质粘色白易咯为辨证要点。 由于痰浊阻滞肺系，肺气上逆，故咳嗽多痰；痰阻气道，肺气不利，见胸闷憋气，甚则气喘痰鸣。痰粘腻色白易咯出，舌淡苔白腻，脉滑为痰浊阻滞之象。治宜燥湿化痰，方用二陈汤加味。 |
