肝火眩晕
肝火眩晕 病证名。肾阴不足，肝火上亢所致的眩晕。《证治汇补·眩晕章》：“肝火眩晕，黑瘦人肾水亏少，肝枯木动，复挟相火，上踞高巅而眩晕。”证见头晕头痛，面红升火，口苦目赤，舌质红，脉弦数。偏火旺者，治宜清肝泻火，用龙胆泻肝汤；偏阴虚者，治宜滋阴降火，用知柏地黄丸。本症见于高血压等病症。参见眩晕条。
