方法:观察60例慢性肝病患者,随机分为两组,分别针刺双侧太冲穴、双侧曲泉穴,对比观察针刺前后慢性肝病患者肝动脉与门静脉血液动力学变化指标。

曲泉 曲泉 经穴名。出《灵枢·本输》。属足太阴肝经。合（水）穴。在膝内侧，屈膝，当膝关节内侧面横纹内侧端，股骨内侧髁的后缘，半腱肌、半膜肌止端的前缘凹陷处。布有隐神经，膝最上动脉，前方为大隐静脉。主治少腹痛，小便不利，遗尿，尿闭，泄泻，痢疾，阴挺，阴痒，遗精，膝痛等。直刺0.5-0.8寸。艾条灸5-10分钟。
