胃脉 胃脉 脉学术语。 ①指有胃气之脉象。脉搏不浮不沉，不急不徐，节律一致，从容和缓。《素问·玉机真脏论》：“五脏者，皆禀气于胃。胃者，五脏之本也。脏气者，不能自致于手太阴，必因于胃气，乃至于手太阴也。”《灵枢·终始》：“邪气来也，紧而疾；谷气来也，徐而和。”《景岳全书》：“大都脉来时，宜无太过，无不及，自有壅容和缓之状，便是有胃气之脉。”脉有胃气，说明正气尚存，预后较好。 ②十二经脉之一。即足阳明胃经。《素问·阳明脉解》：“阳明者，胃脉也。”
