在0°~360°范围内沿面料经向每隔10°分别取样并缝制,还包括45°、135°、225°和315°斜向角度,用FAST风格仪测定不同方向面料的弯曲性能、拉伸性能、剪切性能,分别测定面料不同方向的缝缩率,并通过AATCC标准对缝缩进行主观评价。

针对薄型毛精纺成衣存在经向延伸性、经纬向弯曲度、剪切刚度过小等缺陷,采用FAST织物风格仪、电子强力拉伸仪、织物抗折皱弹性仪等仪器测定了成衣的性能指标,并用R型聚类分析的方法对薄型精纺毛织物综合服用性能指标之间的关系进行研究,找出各性能指标之间的关系。

In this article,It tested the properties of domestic and abroad light-weight wool fabrics with FAST(Fabric Assurance by Simple Testing).
文章用FAST仪对国内外轻薄型面料的加工性能进行了测试和主成份分析,结果表明,国内外轻薄型面料加工性能评价可用7个独立主成份来评价,第1主成份为可成形性,其它依次为湿膨胀主成份、厚重主成份、松弛回缩率主成份、经向弹性主成份、悬垂性主成份、剪切刚度主成份。
