性质: 又称1,3-二噁戊烷,1,3-二氧杂环戊烷。常温下为无色透明液体。密度1.060g/cm3(20℃)。折射率1.3974。沸点(102kPa)78℃。熔点-95℃。与水共沸,共沸点70~73℃,共沸物水含量6.7%。溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮。与水可任意互溶。能使溴水脱色。由多聚甲醛与乙二醇在浓硫酸存在下反应,然后经盐析、干燥、精馏制得。用作低沸点溶剂,如油脂、蜡、染料和赛璐珞等的溶剂,也用于共聚甲醛。由多聚甲醛与乙二醇在固体超强酸作用下制得。
