性质:指抗耐有机溶剂、燃料油、矿物油等溶胀有硫化胶。橡胶抗溶剂溶胀的能力取决于橡胶的分子结构与交联密度。橡胶分子中若含有氰基、羟基、氯、氟原子等极性官能团会使橡胶具有一定的极性,与非极性的石油类很难溶胀。故丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚硫橡胶等,对石油系油类均有良好的耐溶胀性。对于芳烃溶剂抗溶胀最好的是氟橡胶和交联聚乙烯醇。选择可提高交联密度的硫化体系、适当增加硫黄用量以及提高填充剂用量有助于橡胶的耐溶胀性。牛皮胶对提高天然橡胶的耐油性有显著效果。软化剂选用低分子聚合物类及油膏等不易被油类抽出者为佳。
