性质:现场总线是国际标准化、全数字化双向传送、连接现场智能变送器、智能执行器和控制站之间的通信网络,以代替传统的4~20mA标准模拟信号(也有把现场总线的涵义作为整个控制装置,认为是新一代的控制装置)。现场总线不仅提高传送精度,而且因为一条现场总线可以挂上多台各种智能仪表、智能调节器和智能执行机构等。大大节省安装费用。它还可实现仪表远程标定、调整和诊断。现场总线有低速、高速两种通信速率,低速(31.25Kbps)用于现场传送控制信号,高速(1Mbps)用于传送管理信息和特殊仪表信号。
