Objective To explore the efficacy and clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen and inter-radiotherapy of 32P put into Sacculus combined with surgical resection of the gliomas.
方法对100例行手术切除或大部切除后的脑胶质瘤患者行瘤腔内置硅胶球囊外接注药泵埋入皮下,手术后2天即将32P9mci注入硅胶球囊并行高压氧治疗,以后每2个月更换1次(通过穿刺注药泵更换)。

介入放射学技术。介入性局部化疗之前，把二者注入靶动脉，可暂时减少动脉血流，再行化疗药物灌注，以减少血液冲刷，保持局部化疗药物浓度的技术。与其他中期和长期栓塞微球不同，DSM和BAM仅造成数十分钟的血流量减少，待其被降解后血流可恢复至以前水平。
