性质:黑灰色粉状。溶于水,并呈藏蓝色;微溶于乙醇和丙酮。在浓硫酸中呈蓝色,稀释后转浅黄棕色;在浓硝酸中呈红光橙色。其水溶液,加浓盐酸转黄光棕色;加浓氢氧化钠溶液转橙棕色。水中溶解度(80℃)为60g/L。染色时遇铜、铁对色光影响较大。

制备方法:由6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体(即6-硝基-2-羟基-1-重氮萘-4-磺酸)与2-萘酚进行偶合,经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,而制得成品。本品外观为黑褐色均匀粉末。色光与标准品近似(蓝光灰→蓝光黑),强度为标准品100±3(分),含水量≤5%,水不溶物杂质含量≤1%,细度(通过80目筛余物含量)≤5%,在羊毛织物上的染色坚牢度符合标准品(日晒牢度7级,皂洗、水浸、汗渍、煮呢等褐色牢度均为4-5级,碳化、干摩擦牢度均为4级,熨烫、干洗牢度均为4-5级)。原料消耗(kg/t)6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体370,2-萘酚 180烧碱(100%) 180纯碱 270盐酸 345精盐 210

用途:主要用于羊毛的散毛、毛条和呢坏染黑色,也可用于蚕丝、棉纶的染色,还可用于皮革当构,以入经乙酸铬预处理的羊毛织物上的直接花。
