主料:姜丝
辅料:笋、红椒、肉丝、黄瓜、鸡蛋
调料:盐、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉
烹制方法:
1、将笋、红椒分别切成丝,黄瓜取皮切成细丝,取一小碗,放入鸡精、盐、料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉和少许清水调成汁备用;
2、在肉丝中加入蛋清、淀粉搅拌均匀上浆,坐锅点火倒入油,放入肉丝滑散后再放入笋丝、红椒丝过一下油一同倒出控油;
3、锅中留底油,下姜丝煸炒出香味,倒入调好的汁,放入笋丝、红椒丝、肉丝、黄瓜丝大火快速翻炒出锅即可。
特点:姜味浓郁,色香味全
