主 料: 排骨.
配 料: 腌料:*烧酱3汤匙,蒜茸粉、生粉各1汤匙,黑椒粉1/2茶匙,蚝油、生油各2汤匙,盐1茶匙,混合香草2茶匙。
做 法: 1、排骨洗净,在表面划井字纹,抹干身备用。
2、将腌料充分拌匀成厚浆状,均匀涂在肉排表面,放置2-3小时。
3、送进中火之焗炉中焗至表面金黄熟透即成。
