This thesis,through the analysis of steel structure construction enterprise s total cost and tax environment,the application of tax planning idea,mainly discuss how to effectively reduce steel structure construction enterprise s external costs to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprises from the private steel structure construction enterprise s perspective.

The paper gives a review on the development of Chinas paper industry in the last 10 years and points out that we have maderemarkable progress in the quantities of the products, the qualities of the products, the varieties, enterprise structure and economic profit.

In the adjustment of enterprise structures, not only should the components of enterprise elements be adjusted, but also the construction of operating system be strengthened.

Based on the modern industrial organization theory and the full and accurate data of construction en-terprises scale distribution and market competition,the business structure characteristics of Chinese construc-tion industry are systemically analyzed in terms of enterprise average scale,specialty division,difference of en-terprise scale and market competitive pattern.
