性质:借电化学作用,在钢铁制件表面上沉积一层锌镍铁三元合金方法。含锌84%~85%、镍5%~10%(其余是铁)的合金是一种阳极性镀层。作为镀铬底层,能提高抗腐蚀性和装饰性。性能接近由氰化物电解液电镀的白色锌铜合金,可用于电筒、打火机、刀剪和一般日用五金产品。电解液呈弱碱性,由焦磷酸钾、磷酸氢二钠、酒石酸钾钠、硫酸锌、硫酸镍、硫酸亚铁和少量光亮剂配制而成。是应用比较广泛的无氰电镀工艺之一。以钢铁制件为阴极,联用纯锌板和纯铁板为阳极,在电解液中进行电镀。
