Differentiation of human promyelocytic leukemia(HL-60) cell induced by staurosporine and genistein were studied using HL-60 cells as model.
以人早幼粒白血病细胞ＨＬ－６０细胞为模型，研究了星状孢子素和金雀异黄素对该细胞的诱导分化作用，结果表明，ＨＬ－６０细胞经２种药物分别处理后，细胞增殖能力均呈下降趋势，细胞形态学变化明显，大部分细胞趋于成熟，硝基兰四氮唑（ＮＲＴ）还原能力增强，ＮＢＴ阳性细胞百分率均达８０％以上，说明此２种药物对ＨＬ－６０细胞有明显的诱导分化作用。

In this paper, the collision cross sections and the rate coefficients for the hyperfine transitions of interstellar molecules of ortho-NH3 colliding with He are calculated by solving the coupled equations in the CS (Couple State) approximation with the R-matrix propagation method.
