In the thesis, we devote the studies to two topics: (1) The characteristics of band structures and field distributions in two-dimensional polaritonic photonic crystal (PPC); (2) Interactions between the photonic band gaps (PBG) of the PPC and the polariton gap (PG) of the GaAs medium.
在极化带隙(简称PG,位于ω_T-ω_L之间)当中出现了能带,其能量主要集中在空气柱当中,这是空气柱产生的谐振腔效应造成的;并且由于TM和TE模偏振方向的不同,其电场分布图形的对称性有所差别。
