In order to alleviate the threat of polluted water body in th e Shayinghe River and Wohe River discharge concentrated along with flood, Huaihe River Commission Ministry of Water Resources and other departments in the river basin have dispatched water gates scientifically in term of pollution joint-pre vention program, on the premise of ensuring flood control safety and engineering water supply.

In this paper, a theory is proposed for polluted water body renovation and a relation between reserved development capability and the capability of environmental improvement is established.

Changes of water pollution in the main channels of the Yellow river;

Experimental study on effect of artificial compound bacteria on purifying water pollution;

Analytic and treatment method for water pollution of Mulin river system, in the part of Jixi;

Researching pollutant gas cloud infrared spectrum simulation,and using simulate spectra to research how to recognize pollutant gas,were current common technique,but the real-time simulation had not been developed yet.

Detecting the density of pollutant gas is one of the important applications of lidar.
