Model of safe drying temperature for paddy rice seed;

The model of safe drying temperature for rice seed was developed based on kinetic models of germination and the glass transition temperature model using free-volume theory of polymer, and proper temperarure of rice seed drying can be calculated in order to obtain proper germination rate using this model.

This paper has studied the seed coat effect during the process of unsteady drying for vegetable seed, using biological optical microscope to make an exploratory research on the variation of the seed coat structure, combining the seed coat biological function to probe into the mechanism of optimizing heat and mass transfer for seed drying.
