措施。 事故原因农业机械在作业中发生人身和机具事故的原因主要有:①因机器设计不完善、制造质量差或维修不当，引起的技术事故。如脱粒机没有防护罩，喂料板太短而造成操作者伤残;拖拉机刹车漏油造成撞车翻车事故。②因操作不当引起的使用事故。大量是违章操作造成的，无证驾驶、酒后开车、操作不熟练等。③因劳动条件和作业环境恶劣引起的事故。如繁重的作业，过长时间的劳动，操作者疲劳、梢力分散。丘陵山区，地形复杂，行车事故增加。繁重的劳动强度，既降低生产效率，又影响操作者健康。长时间工作在机器噪音、振动过大的环境条件下‘将损伤人的听力，使人烦躁，心率加快，血压升高，直至引起消化系统和神经系统疾病，也会增加工作中不安全因素。 安全措施①完善和认真执行农机产品安全法规。质量不合格的产品，缺乏安全防护装置的产品不得出厂。②严格遵守安全操作规程和交通规章。各国都制定了一些有关农业机械安全作业和安全管理的规程和规章。这些规程、规章除一般机械作业安全外，对主要农机作业的技术安全还做了具体规定。如:在进行收割、打场、脱粒、轧花等作业时，内燃机排气管必须安装火星收集器;在进行防治病虫施药作业时，要有防护用具和防毒措施;动力机械进行固定作业时，机手不得离开岗位，带传动要有防护设施，田间作业中，机具运行时不准清理杂草，禁止进行保养、调整及修理工作;装有水田轮的拖拉机在越高埂、爬陡坡时，要倒车行驶;履带拖拉机路过村镇时，要有人护行.拖带农具时，不准高速行驶和急转弯，以及运翰中严禁拖车载客，上下坡中途不准换档，下坡不准空档滑行等。应加强对作业人员的安全教育和责任教育;加强安全监理工作，确保规章执行。③改善劳动条件和环境条件，减轻劳动强度，进行合理组织安排，保护操作者的健康，如一些国家规定驾驶员耳旁噪音不得超过85一90分贝，中国规定44千瓦以下轮式拖拉机不超过91分贝。 (高焕文)农机作业技术安全(teehnieal:afety inagrieultural maehinery operation)在农业机械作业中为保障机器正常工作.防止发生人身和机具事故，保护劳动者健康和机器不受意外损伤的技术
