【Objective】The contents of α-galactooligosaccharides (α-GOS) and sucrose in different cultivars of chickpea seeds were determined with the aim of selecting those with high amounts of α-GOS and low contents of sucrose for use as ingredients in functional foods.

原料配方 油汆蚕豆板750克 白砂糖750克 麦芽糖10克 干玫瑰花少许

制作方法 锅内先放入少量水,倒入白砂糖、麦芽糖烧制糖浆,待水分蒸发,糖浆变稠时,倒入油汆豆板和玫瑰花拌匀,直到糖浆逐渐泛白起沙硬结时,即可出锅。

产品特点 如用新鲜油汆蚕豆板制作,撒上红玫瑰花,红绿相映,白糖相衬,十分美观。
