夏天的百合是祛暑的良药，开在餐桌上的花朵。菜市的新鲜百合大的有拳头那么大，买两个回来，剥开，撕去内膜，洗干净，水灵灵的，一瓣一瓣，像个酒窝，真是可爱。除煮百合汤外，炒着吃，拌着吃无不惬意，一般餐馆里都有百合炒西芹这道菜，如果再做这个，就毫无创意了。干脆做一个百合黄瓜拌云腿，取的还是颜色上的好看。
做法：
1、黄瓜对剖切片，用盐稍腌；火腿切薄片，用少量水煮熟捞出放凉；原汤再煮百合，熟后浸泡冷却使其入味；
2、黄瓜挤去水分，与火腿百合拌匀即成。喜欢的还可以滴两滴麻油一勺醋，或干脆什么也不加，淋上些火腿汤。百合清苦，黄瓜脆嫩，火腿鲜香，三者搭配，妙不可言。
