肝肾虚肿 病证名。由肝肾亏损所致的水肿。若肝肾真阳不足，证见腹冷足冷，小便不利，或小腹肿，腰痛，渐至肿及遍身，面色黑黄，脉弦迟；若肝肾真阴不足，小水亦不利，脉细数。治宜选用金匮肾气丸、河车丸、人参固本丸、家秘肝肾丸等方（《症因脉治》卷三）。参见身肿、水肿条。
