| 肝肾阴虚证 肝肾两脏阴液不足所表现的证候。多由久病失调、房事不节、情志内伤等引起。临床表现为视物昏花或雀盲、筋脉拘急，麻木，抽搐，爪甲枯脆，胁痛，眩晕耳鸣，失眠多梦，健忘，腰膝痠软，齿摇发脱，形体消瘦，咽干口燥，五心烦热，午后潮热，颧红盗汗，男子遗精，女子经少，舌红少苔或无苔，脉沉弦细数，肝肾阴虚证以胁痛、腰膝痠软、耳鸣遗精与阴虚内热证共见为辨证要点。肝肾同原，肾阴亏虚，见腰膝痠软；水不涵木，肝阳上亢，则眩晕耳鸣；肝脉失养，见胁痛，五心烦热，盗汗，口干咽燥等为阴虚内热的表现。治宜滋补肝肾，方用杞菊地黄汤，一贯煎。 |
