性质: 又称蜂毒。蜜蜂在刺螯时排出的毒液。蜂毒中含有蜂毒肽、蜂毒明肽、肥大细胞脱颗粒肽、心脏肽等,体神经系统、心血管系统和免疫系统等分别发挥不同的药理作用,有很大的医疗价值。黄峰属、胡蜂属和马蜂属的蜂毒中也含有多种激肽、磷脂酶A2、透明质酸酶等;远东胡蜂毒中含有突触前神经毒素和远东胡蜂肽。蜂毒可致局部和全身反应。
