宋代流行的一种瓷制生活用具,因枕身作成仕女、孩儿形象而得名。北宋后期定窑烧制者最为精美。20 世纪 80 年代后期，河北曲阳涧磁村附近的定窑遗址曾出土一件残破的白瓷仕女枕，经粘合复原，器形基本完整。枕长约36厘米，塑造一眉目俊秀、发髻蓬松、头枕左臂、侧身蜷腿、和衣而睡的美女形象，神态恬静安逸，衣纹流畅，釉色洁白，堪称定窑瓷枕精品。另一件为北京故宫博物院珍藏的定窑白瓷孩儿枕，长30厘米，为一孩儿匍伏于榻上，双臂相搭支在头下，双腿蜷曲，脚跟交叉翘起，呈侧首凝目张望状，以其微凹的腰背作枕面，设计巧妙，造型极为可爱。此外，宋代景德镇窑烧造的一青白瓷孩儿枕，侧卧于榻上的婴儿，双手持一马鞍形荷叶作为枕面，造型设计别具一格。
