补充资料：急性淋球菌性尿道旁腺炎脓肿
急性淋球菌性尿道旁腺炎脓肿
病名。淋病类型之一”为急性淋病患者感染淋球菌8周内从尿道溢出的脓液直接侵染而使尿道旁腺炎性改变，甚则发生脓肿者。临床可见尿道旁腺单侧或双侧痛性肿胀，挤压时从其开口处溢出脓液；如肿胀、热痛，则形成脓肿。可用脓液染色、培养，检出淋球菌。治疗方法：头孢三嗪静点7～１０天，每日2～4g，并用其灌洗尿道。
