阔韧带脓肿
病名。为发生于阔韧带的脓 肿。多继发于急性盆腔蜂窝织炎后。其症状及体征如同急性盆腔蜂窝织炎，但较为严重 。妇科检查时于一侧穹隆可摸及软性肿块，并向下膨出，肛诊时于前壁或两侧摸到铁蹄样肿 块。脓肿易向直肠、膀胱或阴道穿破。腹部检查可见一侧腹股沟韧带上有肿块突出，表面皮 肤充血，略有水肿，压痛不显著。治宜抗菌消炎，促进脓肿吸收；治疗无效者，可行手术治 疗。
