METHODS:The expression of VEGF-C protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in specimens from 60 patients with breast cancer and 12 patients with benign breast disease,and its correlations with microvascular density(MVD),microlymphatic density(MLD),PCNA and clinicopathological factors were investigated.
方法:采用免疫组化法对60例乳腺癌、12例良性乳腺病变组织中VEGF-C的表达进行检测,探讨其与微血管密度(MVD)、微淋巴管密度(MLD)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白及临床病理因素之间的相关性。

结果正常胃组织微淋巴管在黏膜固有层、黏膜下层、肌层及浆膜层均可见到,且在黏膜下层数目最多,多呈扩张状,壁薄,形态大小不一,其微淋巴管密度(LMVD)为6。
