METHODS:The expression of VEGF-C protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in specimens from 60 patients with breast cancer and 12 patients with benign breast disease,and its correlations with microvascular density(MVD),microlymphatic density(MLD),PCNA and clinicopathological factors were investigated.

性质: 视盘由普通外径为300mm、厚度1.2mm的两块圆片相互黏合而成,每面预先刻录有携带图像和声音信息的250亿个微孔(信息槽)。每个微孔的深度约为0.12gm,宽约0.4/lm,长约0.9~3.3μm。由这些孔形成间距为1.6μm的螺旋形记录道。盘的中心孔径为35mm,四周用黏合剂密封,以防止水分侵入影响金属反射层的反射性能。外层有基片材料,一般用有机玻璃或其他类似材料构成。信息槽是由镍模压制在以丙烯酸酯为衬底的光敏漆层上,此漆用紫外光透过固化。
