Controllable and Uncontrollable Factors in Management of Adult Education;

The authors make a tracking investigation of the controllable factors of some of the students in Grade 98 in their foreign language learning and discuss the interacting relationship between the factors, which lays a foundation for the college English education in our college.

Through video document,literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics,an investigation and research are given to the controllable factors of result in events ranked by points,and an analysis are taken to the results of Chinese team in World Cup in 2006 and 2007.
