性质:又称膜层蛋白。由基底膜的上皮细胞、内皮细胞以及一些肿瘤细胞株(如畸胎瘤GP-2)产生的一种糖蛋白。分子量83000。由三条多肽链组成:A链40000,B1链22500和B2链20500。三条肽链短臂上球形结构可以和IV型胶原结合,短臂的非球型部具有和细胞结合的活性。通过LN中介,细胞可黏附在基底膜基质上。层粘连蛋白作为细胞基底膜基质的重要组成成分,参与体内的炎症反应、免疫效应、肿瘤转移等生理、病理过程。
