肝脏发育畸形所形成的肿瘤样疾病。罕见。85%在2岁内发病。男性多发。大部分病例有腹胀、腹部包块,少数有腹痛或发育不良。B超、CT可显示肝内多房性或多囊性占位性病变。预后较好。是否有恶变的可能性尚未清楚。
