Objective:Measure was made for the depth of glandular involvement by Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN) grade 2 and 3 in order to provide guidelines for cervical conization, aiming to reduce the local recurrence and prevent over treatment.
目的:测量中重度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINII/III)病灶长度及累及腺体深度,为选择恰当的锥切范围提供依据,以减少复发,防止过度治疗,并随访宫颈锥切术患者的转归。

方法:对广东省妇幼保健院2003～2007年住院治疗的252例CINⅢ患者进行回顾性分析,采用自身对照法,对比研究宫颈锥切术和阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果。

【Materials and methods】Between January 2004 and January 2007,the 86 patients with CINⅢundergoing concentration in Shandong Provincial Hospital were divided into two groups,one group stages 45 cases received conization of cervix,another group stages 41 cases received complete hysterectomy.
【资料与方法】选取2004年1月～2007年1月在山东省立医院妇科病房收治的CINⅢ患者86例,其中45例行宫颈锥切术,41例行全子宫切除术,并对不同术式的患者进行临床病理分析,比较不同手术方式的治疗效果及对愈后的影响,随访患者治疗后情况及复发情况。
