Objective:Measure was made for the depth of glandular involvement by Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN) grade 2 and 3 in order to provide guidelines for cervical conization, aiming to reduce the local recurrence and prevent over treatment.
目的:测量中重度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINII/III)病灶长度及累及腺体深度,为选择恰当的锥切范围提供依据,以减少复发,防止过度治疗,并随访宫颈锥切术患者的转归。

Conclusion:Cervical conization plays an important role in the diagnosis and therapy of patients with CINⅢ,which can\'t be instead of colposcopic multi-point biopsy.
方法:对广东省妇幼保健院2003～2007年住院治疗的252例CINⅢ患者进行回顾性分析,采用自身对照法,对比研究宫颈锥切术和阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果。

宫颈扩张术
宫颈狭窄经血引流不畅，宫颈粘连宫腔积血、积脓等，均须进行宫颈扩张术。人工流产时也须先行宫颈扩张术。妇科检查了解子宫大小、位置，先用探针探入宫颈内口，用黑格尔扩张器由2号开始逐渐扩张，扩至所需要的大小。
