Methods:Based on descriptions in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and British Pharmacopoeia,rabbits were injected at right hind legs with two injections and the iron absorption was determined using UV-Vis method.
方法:主要参照中国药典和英国药典描述,选用家兔右后腿进行股内肌注射,并采用紫外可见分光光度法测定注射部位铁的含量,分别计算出两种注射液的铁吸收度。
