目的建立生姜中指标成分6-姜酚的分析方法,并以此为指标从三种提取方法中筛选出最佳提取方法,优化超临界CO_2萃取生姜的工艺参数;建立木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的分析方法,并以此为指标优化乙醇回流法提取木香的工艺参数;通过药效学实验筛选最佳抗晕动中药组方,优选生姜、藿香和木香的最佳配比;以生姜、藿香和木香的最佳配比为主药制备抗晕动姜香脐贴,考察其离体皮肤经皮渗透特性并通过多因素方差分析优化其处方;制定姜香脐贴的含量、规格,完成复方中药经皮给药系统新药---姜香贴剂的组方、处方、提取和制备工艺、体外性质考察、药效学等新药临床前研究工作。

脐上下五分穴 脐上下五分穴 经外穴名。《千金要方》：“小儿囟陷，灸脐上下各半寸，及鸠尾骨端，又足太阴各一壮。”近代《针灸孔穴及其疗法便览》将前者列作经外穴，名脐上下五分。主治肠炎，下痢，水肿，疝痛，肠雷鸣，腹直肌痉挛，腹部膨胀，妇科病等。直刺0.5-1寸，艾炷灸5-7壮；或艾条灸10-20分钟。
