1、八宝祛斑粥：生薏苡仁10克、芡实10克、莲子15克、生山药30克、白扁豆10克、大枣10枚、粳米200克，将以上药除粳米外，加水适量，煎煮40分钟，再放粳米同煮，煮粥至熟后，加适量冰糖调味，早晚各吃一小碗，久服效果甚佳。
