逆顺生翳 逆顺生翳 病证名。又名顺逆生翳，逆顺障证。出《银海精微》卷上：“逆顺生翳与赤膜下垂与黄膜下垂上充之症颇同，然此顺逆者，五脏虚劳，风热冲于肝膈上泡，阳明经毒壅，血气凝滞，故生赤膜垂下，谓之垂帘翳，此为顺；下睑太阴肝（脾）经毒壅，次翳膜下生向上，谓之逆翳，治法宜服泄脾胃之剂。”此说与《世医得效方》相反。翳从上向下蔓延者为顺，反之为逆。逆顺生翳指翳膜从四周侵向中央，甚则遮满黑睛而失明。多风热侵袭，脉络瘀滞所致。治宜：祛风清热，通络散瘀，明目退翳。方选知母饮子、蝉花无比散、明目流气散、地黄丸加桃仁、红花、归尾、地龙等。
