Objective:To observe the effectiveness of the Quyu Suogong Tang(decoction of removing stasis and causing uterine contraction) in hemorrhage after abortion by drugs.
方法 :将门诊自愿接受药物流产且符合药物流产适应证而无禁忌证的早孕妇女 72例 ,随机分为治疗组 36例 ,对照组 36例 ,采用相同的服药方法和剂量进行药物流产 ,在胚胎组织排出后 ,治疗组连服去瘀缩宫汤每日 1剂 ,共 5d ;对照组口服安络血 5mg、止血敏 0 5g,tid ,共5d。
