Objective The aim of the study is to determine serum contents of maternal serum markers including alpha fetoprotein(AFP)and free beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin(free beta-hCG)in mid-pregnancy,and explore its clinical value of screening for Down s syndrome(DS).

氯芪酚胺/人绝经期促性腺激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素
是一种促超排卵方案。HMG每支含75IU FSH及75IU LH。具体方法是于月经周期3～7天用CC100mg每日1次，于第5天或第6天开始每日加用HMG2g，在B超及其他辅助监测下适时肌肉注射HCG，34～36小时后采卵。CC和HMG合用使HMG用量减少；缺点是只能动员少数卵泡，CC抗雌激素作用影响子宫颈黏液及子宫内膜，及有时LH的过早升高会影响卵子的质量。
