chorulon
胎盘和胞体滋养层分泌的一种糖蛋白。其主要作用是在妊娠早期维持黄体继续发育,并使雌激素和孕激素由卵巢合成顺利地过渡到由胎盘合成。此激素可进入母血中,受精后8~10天就可在母血中发现,之后在血和尿中浓度逐渐升高,到妊娠第60天左右达到高峰,以后逐渐下降,至妊娠第90天左右降到最低水平,并维持此水平至分娩,临床上检查血、尿中绒毛膜促性腺激素的浓度对判断妊娠有重要意义;此外对诊断绒毛膜上皮癌和恶性葡萄胎也有重要意义。
