【性状】
本品为胶囊剂，内容物为浅黄色或浅棕黄色的粉末；味微苦。
【鉴别】
(1)取本品2粒，倾出内容物，加水10ml使溶解，置具塞试管中，强力振 摇1分钟，产生持久性泡沫。 (2)取[含量测定]项下的沉淀少许，置点滴盘中，加醋酐3～4滴使溶解，加硫酸1～ 2滴，即显紫红色，渐变为棕红色至污绿色。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品内容物适量，在105℃干燥至恒重，减失重量不得过 11.0％(附录Ⅸ G)。 其他 应符合胶囊剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ L)。
【含量测定】
取本品装量差异项下的内容物，混合均匀,精密称取适量(约相当于 甾体总皂苷元0.12g)，置150ml圆底烧瓶中，加硫酸40％乙醇溶液（取60ml硫酸，缓缓注 入适量的40%乙醇溶液中，放冷，加40%乙醇溶液至1000ml，摇匀）50ml,置沸水浴中回 流5小时，放冷，加水100ml，摇匀，用称定重量的4号垂熔玻璃坩锅滤过,沉淀用水洗涤 至滤液不显酸性，105℃干燥至恒重，精密称定，计算，即得。 本品每粒含甾体总皂苷以甾体总皂苷元计，不得少于35mg。
【功能与主治】
活血化瘀，行气止痛，扩张冠脉血管，改善心肌缺血。用于预防 和治疗冠心病，心绞痛以及瘀血内阻之胸痹、眩晕、气短、心悸、胸闷或痛等病症。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次1～2粒，一日3次。
【规格】
每粒含甾体总皂苷100mg(相当于甾体总皂苷元35mg)。
【贮藏】
密封。
