性质:具有吸附和半透膜功能的特种纤维。主要品种是聚乙烯醇系,比表面积1450~2730m2/g,中空部最大直径5.3~9.7μm,中空率13~78%(体积),纤维外径11.5~12.5μm,苯吸附量65%~110%。制法是将工业用2000dtex/1000根聚乙烯醇纤维,强度9.2cN/dtex,伸长率7%,用一定浓度(NH4)2SO4+(NH4)2HPO4、H2SO4、ZnCl2或H3PO4各选其一处理后,在400~900℃热处理,再于1050~1100℃水蒸气活化而得。用于臭氧分解、糖液脱色和精制、有机物高精度吸附和分离、空气的氧氮分离、乙醇和水分离等。
