头项强痛 头项强痛 证名。头项部牵强不舒作痛。见《伤寒论·太阳病脉证并治》：“太阳之为病，脉浮，头项强痛而恶寒。”多因邪在肌肤或遏阻经络所致。外感表证，宜发散解表。如久病项强，多属痹证，宜祛风化湿、蠲痹通络。又痉病初起，亦常有头痛项强，症情较重，治宜镇痉熄风为主。本证可见于某些神经系统感染性疾患及颈椎病等。
