      按图纸要求在工件上划出加工界线、中心线和其他标志线的钳工作业。单件和中、小批量生产中的铸锻件毛坯和形状比较复杂的零件,在切削加工前通常需要划线。划线的作用是:①确定毛坯上各孔、槽、凸缘、表面等加工部位的相对坐标位置和加工面的界线,作为在加工设备上安装调整和切削加工的依据;②对毛坯的加工余量进行检查和分配,及时发现和处理不合格的毛坯。划线一般在平台上进行(图1), 常用的划线工具有划针、划针盘、划规、直角尺、游标高度尺、钢板尺、方箱、 V形铁、千斤顶、楔铁和中心冲等(图2)。为了能划出清晰的线条,一般在毛坯表面上先涂一层白色石灰水,对已经加工过的表面则涂普鲁士蓝加漆片和酒精的混合液。
