Gagne's learning pattern
加涅的学习模式(Gagne’5 learningpattern)加涅根据现代信息加工理论所提出的有关学习结构的基本模式，如下图所示雕「止鸳昨解 加涅学习结构模式图这一模式图的右面部分表示信息从一个结构流入另一结构的经过。来自学习者的环境中的刺激作用于感受器，然后信息在感觉记录器中被进行初步处理。信息在这一结构中保存的时间不到一秒钟，随即转入短时记忆。信息在短时记忆中保存的时间也只有几秒钟。学习者若想使信息长期保持下来，必须将其转入长时记忆。信息还可以从长时记忆重新回到短时记忆，以适应新的学习的需要，这叫做操作记忆。反应发生器具有把信息转换为行动的作用，会激起反应器的活动，产生影响环境的反应。这一模式图的左面部分包括预期事项和执行控制两部分。它们对信息的流动具有激发、改变的作用，前者主要起确定方向的作用，后者主要起检索作用。从上述模式所表明的学习的一般进程来看，加涅是把学习视为个体与环境相互作用的结果。 (成立夫撰匪亘国审)
