| 索赔 claim indemnity 被保险人在保险标的发生保险责任范围内的损失或损害，向保险人提出赔偿的要求。索取赔款的简称。根据保险合同的规定，被保险人承担了向保险人缴纳保险费的义务，同时也享有在保险标的发生约定的事故损害时要求保险人给予经济补偿的权利。向保险人索赔，是被保险人的正当权益。索赔应当办理索赔手续，包括：①出险通知。当保险财产发生损失或人身保险的被保险人伤亡时，被保险人或受益人应将损失或伤亡时间、地点及有关情况，以最快方式通知保险人。②接受检验。保险人根据保险合同对事故现场进行查勘，被保险人应保持现场原状，并应尽可能提供检验上的方便，以便保险人确定事故原因和责任。③提供单证。被保险人要开列损失清单，提出要求赔偿的项目和数额，附保险单及各种单证，如帐册、收据、发货单等，以便保险人进行核赔。④领取赔款或保险金。赔案经保险公司核赔后，被保险人应签具收据，领取赔款；如有牵涉到第三者责任时，还应出具权益转让书。人身险的受益人也应开具收据，领取保险金。 |
