Methods:The decellularized scaffolds prepared by using lyolecithin,DNase and RNase to treat the canine sciatic nerves were compounded with bone marrow derived neural tissue-committed stem cells via microinjection to creat the tissue engineered nerve,and thereby bridge the mouse sciatic nerve gap.
方法:将骨髓神经组织定向干细胞(NTC-SCs)种植于犬坐骨神经脱细胞神经支架,构建组织工程化神经,桥接缺损的大鼠坐骨神经,检测所构建生物化组织工程神经中骨髓NTCSCs的增殖、分化及神经性基因表达,观察该神经移植到体内后的细胞增殖、分化及对神经缺损功能的修复。

指尺神经在经过腕部掌横韧带的Guyon管时受嵌压后表现的临床综合征。Guyon管位于腕横韧带的尺侧表层,由尺侧腕屈肌的扩张筋膜部分拼成。管四周都是筋膜性组织。多因腕部经常受挤压而引起该管增生狭窄。临床上表现尺侧1、5手指掌侧感觉障碍和手内在肌力减弱,甚至瘫痪。多见于长久骑自行车的运动员。治疗宜切开Guyon管,解除压迫。
